How many Gems are there in game?

Does anyone know how many Gems there are in game. (I have all EPs) I am going to try and get a collection of all the Gems but it is getting a bit annoying running out of room with stands, so does anyone know how many different Gems there are? I am going to try and get all the Cuts for them.

There is a total of 25 gems and 13 cuts (One of which is hidden and not available, the Star Cut).

I'm not sure what the Star cut was created for or why it's even included in the game, but the only way to get it is with mods. Sorry.

In a case like that, there's no need to even mention the Star cut.  If it's not part of the game as it's designed, then we don't need it on here.

I used the flat displays for the gems.  They are laying all around my upper basement.  I'm getting each cut of each gem in the large size.

Naga, did your counting also included the spire, egg and skull cut? To get the skull for everything you need to have twice as much gems as you already have.

Does anyone know how to get a small skull cut, if that's available? I personally don't really like the huge polygons in in the giant skulls and in small they are probably not that visible.

There's not a small skull cut that I know of.

From my own personal notes, here are all the gem cuts available:

Emerald
Oval
Pear
Plumbob
Marquis
Crystal Ball
Brilliant
Heart
Sculptor's Egg
Skull (from transfiguration)
Spire (from transfiguration for other than Tiberium)
Polished Split Cut (from transfiguration for other than Geode and Septarian Nodule)

Wait a sec, we can create Split cuts for other gems than Geode and Septarian Nodule? Would you please tell me how you did that? I believe this is the right topic for it.

Pam, I'm checking Dreamweavers regularly, not just to see the end of amazing story, but also to see their ultimate gem collection. I've been on a break from dynasty but they do have quite a collection, 4 or 5 gems have all cuts except spire and split halfs cut (few have that too), and most of other gems have 7 or 8 big gem cuts.
