How big is a floor tile?

I'm trying to build a project to scale, of real-world measurements of 10'x15'.  About how big would you say a single floor tile is across?  Or Wall panel.

A grid square in BB mode is about 1 square meter, or a square yard if you'd rather.  So one wall section would be a meter or 3 feet.  "Low" cielings are about 8 feet, or whatever the standard is when the builder is using metric.

So, to get a 10'x15' room, I'd be looking at roughly a 5x4 tile room.  oof...that isn't much space to work with to make an apartment.
