Glimmerbrook Town Visits

Hi! I would like to ask if one can visit Glimmerbrook .i.e. by residents from another town like Willow town or Oasis? And return to their normal lives with some knowledge of magic or practice magic in their own towns? Sort of like taking a vacation...
Or does one have to live in Glimmerbrook to learn and practice magic?

Yes, you can travel there and once there you can talk to a sage to turn your Sim into a spellcaster who can do magic anywhere.

Yes and as a spellcaster you can also concot potions
