CC and Mods Not Showing In-Game

He hello i have a problem I tried to move my mods and everything else on my d drive and I changed the saving location on origin but when I open the game there are little custom and everything is checked so I dont know whats wrong all of my cc is all in the mods folder but won't show up on the game so I'm stuck

I am not really sure what's happening with your game. Maybe something went wrong when the files were moved to the D drive.
