CC and Mods for Sims 4 On Console

Sims 4 on PS4... is it possible to get cc and/ or Mods with/on PS4 ?

No the console edition of Sims 4 doesn't have access to custom content or mods. It's up to Sony and Microsoft to allow for them and they haven't.

It's been suggested to contact Sony and Microsoft about allowing for custom content and mods for Sims 4, but do realize that support for mods and custom content on console tends to be a rare thing.
