Moving a CC House to a Bulldozed Lot

Hi, I am retired and new to Simming which I took up as a hobby. Really enjoying it. I created a Sims household and purchased a furnished house when I began. Since then, I have learned about cc and mods. I downloaded a cc house to My Library after bulldozing a house on a lot in Willow Creek. My question is: how do I "transfer" or move the cc house from My Library to the bulldozed lot? I use Sims 4 on a Mac.
