I went for a realistic route with this one... How does it look?

The CC's spot on for a realistic look. As for the facial sliders, there's a lot to be taken from the face-sculpting guide on Mod The Sims for getting more realistic proportions though you have to put some personality into it too, it's a thin line to walk.

I'm going to move this to general discussion since there's no download link. It's a bit of a misleading board name I know! I really do not want to discourage simmers who use CC (and no snide comments about the "uncanny valley", simming style is up to the player alone), but per our rules you would have to strip her of it before uploading to the Swap Shop.
