Problems With Snowy Escape

It is winter in my game right now.

My Sims do not get the option to build snowpals when I click on the snow.  They are not getting any whims to build snowpals, which I think is weird.

My Sims are not changing into their winter wear clothing when they go outside.  However when they get out of the hot tub they put on their winter clothes.  Otherwise I have to change their outfit to winter wear myself for everyday wear, formal wear, work out wear.

The new socials that came with the patch are gone. 

These problems happen with or without my custom content.  The mods I have in my game are clothes, hair, shoes, make up, jewelry. I also have objects from TSR and Around the Sims. 

I don't know where to go to report all these problems.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you very much.  I have reported the problems in my game.

Someone else posted with the same problems that I am having, and they locked the thread.  They told me to use repair the game.  I did that and now everything is so slow.  It's so slow it's almost unplayable,  Are there game settings I should look to change.  It seems like the sunshine fades in and out.  I'm wondering if that is the problem.  My partner says it's probably my computer, but it was running fine before he did the repair.

I am not for sure if this will work, but you can try playing the game with Origin Offline. As part of troubleshooting the issue.

Open Origin and go up to the Origin Menu - up top left, and select Go Offline.
