Family Inventory

hey everybody:

i am trying to get some info about the family inventory. i want my sim and her boyfriend to move in together. his house is too big for the two of them so i want him to live with her and i want him to take certain things along to her house. things like laptop and exercise gear.  large stereo. so if i put it in the family inventory, will it show up in the inventory when he merges with her. i plan to just evict him to the clipboard, then merge with her. is this do-able?  thank you!

Hmm.. I'm thinking yes. If memory serves me correctly, anything you put in the Sim's personal inventory or family inventory will move along with them.
