Someone made a mod that fixes the $300 lot tax cap.

I hate how the bills two are fixed at 300 plus utilities and fines/fees minus deductions for traits and excess utilities. My more expensive lots pay me bills. It is beyond silly. I use SNB-Bills

Now unless I build a power company I still have to pay something. I hate it when my poor sims have bills but my mansion barrens get payed come bill time.
