Staffing Issue with Private Club Hangout

Hi all! I just purchased "Get Together" and have a quick question about staff, specifically bartenders and baristas for members-only club hangouts. I built a nightclub hangout and locked the door to everyone but club members. Unfortunately, that means the staff I hired can't get in, so I made them club members but don't have any way of getting them to work. Have any of y'all dealt with this and figured it out or am I'm missing something obvious here? Thanks so much!

You'll need to put the bar etc in a general area and just have the Club Only areas for club activities.
