Tip for quickly maxing gardening skill (with cheat)

I have Diana look after her Garden everyday because she doesn't need to do anything else. Do you only get one Seed for a Money Tree per Tree?

I've only gotten one seed per tree when the tree went to perfect quality, so that's my guess.

I think I read somewhere that only one seed drops per tree, although, in my dynasty, my sim has 50 trees and there is always 4 or 5 seeds on the ground almost everyday, but I never paid attention if it was in the same area of the same tree.  I would think they would drop more than one, but not really sure.
