What causes a Sims 3 saved game to stop loading?

When I installed Sims 3 recently,I reinstalled the game uninstalled,and reinstalled moved the electronic arts folder moved my saved files to another folder,I took the mods folder,and the downloads folder that contained all the custom contents opened up the game changed the setting at the main menu,I loaded my game,and the game didn't fully load the green bar to fill up,how do i solve this problem to make my Sims 3 saved game work again there is a way to fix a corrupted Sims 3 saved game but I don't know how to do it I miss playing Sims 3.

I'm moving this to the Technical Help board, because it's likely that this is a technical problem.

My first thought is Data Execution Prevention, which can stop TS3 from using the memory it needs to load the game. If you're on Windows, you can disable that for The Sims 3 and probably should. Here's the short tutorial on it.
