Hidden Neat trait?

My teenage sim has been getting these wishes since he was a child:
- Make bed
- Clean shower
- Clean toilet
- Do dishes
- Etc. any wishes that sims with the 'neat' trait would usually get on the daily

Here's the thing:
- He doesn't have the neat trait
- Neither of his parents was maids before

Anyone encountered this and do you maybe know why?

I searched on your question and found that it's not only children that come from maids and possibly butlers, but also Resort workers that can have a chance at getting the neat hidden trait.

If none of your Sims in the family line, have been maids, butlers or Resort works, it maybe just random. I'm not entirely sure as I've never experienced the neat hidden trait before.

Is the sim neurotic or a perfectionist? Those traits will also cause sims to roll wishes to clean things sometimes.

MrsFlynn, I've only got the original game, no EPs so like Cheezey said, it's because my sim has the neurotic trait. Explains everything! Thanks
