Learning Food Stall Recipes

Is there an in-game way to track which recipes your sim knows? My sim knows about half, so I'm starting to worry about wasting a visit to a food stall by ordering something my sim already knows how to cook. (And not have to order a second dish to eat when my sim isn't hungry.)

It doesn't look like there is a list that shows what recipes your Sim has or hasn't unlocked. However, it's been suggested to make a list of what your Sim can cook as they learns new recipes.

You can find various recipe lists online and compare what recipes your Sim knows and what they don't.
