Sort of. If your Sim gets high enough in their career, new employees might end up with them as a boss when they join up. It doesn't come with any benefits though.

I just wish I'd known this earlier.

It can be really annoying when you have worked so hard on getting all of the other job performance factors up to outstanding, and your hard work is undone because of a dead boss.

It is even worse in the criminal career, when you have wishes to 'See xxx's ghost' and xxx happens to be your boss.

Something similar happened to me, my Sim was a Wing Officer in the military career, my boss was Erin Kennedy, it was a while ago but I think the same thing happened to her.
