Dirty sim clothes

Hi! I'm new to the Forum so thank you for looking at my post

I recently downloaded the Seasons expansion pack and I am enjoying it but wanted to make Father Winter more Grungy and homeless looking, I found a texture mod that gives his suit a dirty look but wanted dirty up his Santa Suit like when his hygiene is low. Is there a way i can modify his suit in cas or does anyone know of some sort of dirty santa suit costume? I would also settle for a way to set his hygiene to always low.Thanks for your help in advance!

Have you asked at dedicated mod sites such as ModtheSims, TheSimsResource, Sims4Studio or maybe even at the official forum in their Mods board? It's much better to ask on a dedicated modding site with a modding community.
