[BUG] Excessive and overlapping thought bubbles

I know this issue is going around I did some googling about it possibly being related to cats or the lot traits. So far Im not sure if its causing any other major issues or not. I found a thread trying to solve it. Ill try to link to it.  I thought people might want to know. It covers most other bubbles.
