I made a playground in my SV game, and as I was setting the lot type to "Small Park" I noticed that there was a setting called "Academy". What is an Academy?

Now rest the question: What's the difference between a academy and a fitness gym? And I don't mean just that a fitness gym doesn't have martial art stuff and a Academy doesn't covers a pool.

The academy label will inspire NPCs to use the martial arts equipment while the gym inspires them to use athletic materials; it also gives the work-out setting moodlet.
