So my game won't install anything from the Sims 3 Store now. I moved my sims 3 folder to my desktop earlier and started the launcher to create a new folder. I went into my account on the Sims 3 Website and downloaded a few things like the multi tab that I wanted for my game. The items downloaded just fine. However, when I install them, even just one at a time, I get a message saying that the Sims 3 has stopped working. It does that for any item I try to install. I have talked to an EA tech person and we tried to trouble shoot the problem. Neither of their solutions worked. This is my last shot at finding a solution. If there's no other options, I'm going to have to give up the Sims 3 for a week until I get a new laptop next weekend and hope that fixes the problem. Anybody have any suggestions?
