Saving families to bin
« on: April 10, 2018, 03:19:09 PM »
I want to restart Sunset Valley with a whole new save, but I don't want to lose any progress I made with my family (in this instance, it is the Crumplebottom family). If I save a copy of the Crumplebottoms to the bin, then start a new save, can I replace the Agnes in the new save with the Agnes and husband/kids I have in the bin? And will they still be related to the Goths?

You can definitely save the family to the bin and start a new game with them without loosing progress of any family members that are living within the household.

You will unfortunately loose relationships outside of the family. Basically, if you add your Agnes to the game, she won't be related to the new game's goth family.

However, there might be a mod that can help with this. I think it's called Porter. It's made by Nraas.

I'm not familiar with this mod, so if you have any questions/issues, please post them at Nraas.
