Screenshots not taking- Key Mapping Error?

So I'm trying to play my dynasy file but for the last 2 times I've tried to play it my screenshots haven't taken, like I've pressed C but it just hasnt done anything weather im in regular game play mode or pressing tab. I saved and quit and it worked again, but then halfway though playing the buttons cut out again

This may be related but the M button will not open the map either on some occasions, even though the keys do work properly to type with so it's not me not pressing them right I think the game might not be recognising the command maybe?

Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it? Thank you

Once every several weeks, I'll have your problem of not being able to take screenshots because the C key doesn't work.
If I'm really desperate, I'll just finish up my update using the Camera icon (bottom center of the screen).
It goes away if I stop playing then restart.  But sometimes, I also repair my game. *sighs

As for the M key, I only use that by accident. I usually click the phone to travel (unless somebody's about to pass out or wet their pants, then M key it is).

@oshizu thank you! I've not actually seen the other camera button before, I spent like 5 minutes looking for a different way to take screenshots before just giving up. I did consider print screening everytime but that doesn't hide the UI :/

This has been reported as a game bug a few years back, but nothing since. However, I did updated the troubleshooting tips.
