S.I. @Fatbat . The member boards have a range of just chatty topics so you can always chat there too and in fact we kinda insist that some of those threads are not about The Sims! You should always get an answer to a question on this forum, maybe not always a solution but nearly always. The Sims 4 is quite different in many ways to previous sims games and progressing content through DLC is definitely a big thing with TS4 more so than perhaps previous versions. Carl has heaps of guides to check out too if you are interested: Guides To The Sims 4  :)

If your lot it registered with the vampire council, I have had them mail me a cure.

How do you ask them through the mail? I don't see the option.

@Snoochenpurner it is a lot trait (Registered Vampire Lair) that results in your sim getting sent vampire related items through the mail. You can't request a specific item as it is all randomly generated.

Okay so I realized you have to have the 10 ingredients of the different plants plus 2500 to mix the drink at a bar. However, how do you get a vampire to drink it if you don't control them. I've tried and I don't see a way. I've tried to make a drink for him in particular but the menu list doesn't pop up so I can't choose the drink I want to make. Any help would be appreciated.

If the vampire lives in your household, you can control the vampire to have them drink it.
Otherwise, your sim will need to get in a argument/fight with the vampire.
Your sim will eventually get the option to "Slay vampire."
Your sim can then throw your vampire cure at the vampire.

Good luck!

So, the vampire cure is quite lucrative as far as selling.  I've seen a range of what you can get back if you sell it.  Was wondering what anyone else has seen?  It costs $2500 to make, plus the ingredients, but from what I can see, you can sell it for between 4000-6000.  Anyone else seen a different range?
