I'm currently playing the fourth generation of a dynasty challenge.
When the founder became a young adult and had children, she hired a nanny who helped look after her triplets. That nanny was an adult.
When the Gen2 heir aged up to a young adult, he hired a nanny to help with his two toddlers. The same nanny came and she was still an adult.
My Gen4 heir will be a teen in 4 more sim-days and that exact same nanny is
still an adult and still one of the only two nannies who can be hired.
The second nanny has also been an adult since the beginning of my save file.
Question: Have nannies become immortal?
