My Toddler Sim dislikes his father how can get him to like his father again?

On my The Sims 3 game my Toddler Sim dislikes his own father I tried to do a clean slate on his father and nothing happend he still dislikes his father is there any way i can get him to like his father again

Try doing friendly interactions between toddler and father. Have the father play with the toddler, that sort of stuff.

If the toddler still has skills to learn, let the father do the teaching to walk, talk, and potty training. That builds positive relationship while gaining skill.  Also, reading books to the toddler will improve relationship between the sims while the toddler gains the skill associated with the book.
