My game keeps crashing

Hi so yesterday the 21 I got a new video card a Nvidia gtx 1050 Ti I went on to my sims and loaded it up the main menu piped up just fine I went into CAS and it was fine the second I pressed play my game crashed and took me to a white screen from there I rebooted my computer. i Have removed my mods repairs my game checked for up date both for the video card and my game both are up to date. It still happens and I have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it please help

You'll want to make sure your computer is using the correct graphics card (If using a laptop) Get the graphics file graphics.sgr file for Sims 4, download, unzip and install. It's okay to overwrite the current .sgr file with the new one.

If you haven't yet, deactivate Origin in Game -- Open Origin, Select Origin > Application Settings > Origin In Game and deselect or turn Off to disable Origin In Game.

I have already done this and the problem still persist other then turning my graphics to to the lowest setting it will not stay on
