Insane trait falsely assigned?

Ever since the last patch (I believe), Caleb and Don are apparently viewed as insane by the game. But only when it comes to mirrors and when they are flirty. Then they can use the mirror to flirt with themselves and just now, Caleb apparently did so:

This is a new bug that the recent patch has brought about. Will link to bug report soon. Having a bit of trouble finding things now that crinrict has made some changes to the format! Regardless this is a reported bug that many simmers have talked about. 

My sims can do that too. heh
