I was on TSR and downloading CC. When I was finished I went back onto Origin to resume my house I was previously working on. I thought it was strange at first when my screen wasn't fullscreen as it was before and when it finished loading I got all the "tips" to the new expansions and it said I was downloading a pack from Origin (everything was already downloaded before). Then I realize the game had lost all my saves and wanted me to start a new game. I immediately exited the game and went to my documents to check if my saves were there. No saves and no cc in my mods folder or tray folder. I also checked my recycle bin and that was empty.
It's almost as if all my mods, saves, houses, everything just vanished. I went onto the contact EA help center and unfortunately got nowhere with that either. In frustration I ended the chat with the EA help and I'm now here. I hope someone can give me my miracle to getting back all my data!
