Sorry for the issue. I do not think it's fixed yet, because I've had to try a number of things. Troubleshooting it is slow because it is an issue that only appears after the site has run for at least 30 mins, sometimes it makes it a couple of hours. Really tough one.
I began a migration to https for all our sites, per Google's recommendations to all site owners. Unfortunately that was not a very smooth experience.. I've yet to do this site, because the forum is attached, and it'll frustrate way more people. Unfortunately TS3 is the guinea pig so I can figure out exactly what needs done to make it all run perfectly.
