Weird Squares on Windows and TVs

I've been playing sims for a while, and for some reason, all of a sudden these weird squares are showing up on the TVs and windows. Every single one I place has this weird texture.Is this a bug and has anyone else had this problem?

You may want to check to see if your video drivers are up to date.

If this suddenly started happening after the game update, check to make sure your mods and cc are up to date as well. As those could be causing issues as well.
