Watch fireworks together option?

Where can i find the option to "Watch fireworks together"? It is one of the task when attending the festival.  Thank you very much

Welcome to the forum.  If you just let the game run when the fireworks start (at a festival) without trying to direct your sim, generally this requirement just happens as all sims in the area will start to watch the fireworks. If it doesn't you could try buying one and getting your sim to light it and then try clicking on the firework to have all the sims in your group watch it.
