How can I change my profile picture? ;)

I should know this, since I own a forum off the same website. But its a little bit more difficult with this setup, Please help me to where it  is?

How To Edit My Avatar? -
Profile > Forum Profile.  Click the Browse button to find a photo you would like to use as your avatar.

Why can't I edit my Profile?
- New members need to have 5 posts before they can edit anything in their profile pages. This is to help curb spamming. Once you have 5 posts you can click your username to edit your profile. Modify Profile > Forum Profile.

*Note: The Profile option will not show up until a new member has 5 posts. So if you need help editing anything in your Profile/Account Settings, please ask a staff member for help.

How to Edit Your Profile -
Click the word Profile in the Home menu, and either select Account Settings or Forum Profile, depending on what you want to edit. You can also click on your username in any of your posts or down at the bottom of the main forum page under User's Online.
