Content missing after loading game

Hi everyone:

I am not sure if this topic was ever mentioned before because i looked but did not find. lately, when i log out for the night playing sims 3, and log back in the next day because i play everyday, i have missing content and sometimes the sim comes out of the shower naked, sims disappear. and this is quite new to my gameplay and very frustrating. if anybody can tell me of a way to fix this problem i would appreciate all the help i can get. sometimes i want to just uninstall all sims series and not play anymore. very frustrated at this point with this game.

There's a couple/few tips that might help with this:

1. If you have the Origin version of Sims 3 - patch 1.69 you may need to re-select the packs you want to play with. As sometimes the launcher forgets.

Do you have content missing like an EP or SP missing from the game? If that's the case, that's an account issue you'll  need to speak with EA's Customer Service about. More details in the post linked below:

thanks for answering. i had all expansion packs installed except into the future and pets. i cannot play pets on my computer. so all were installed but these two.
