Can't get Ctrl plus arrow keys to work

im trying to tilt the camera back to where i had it and it wont work and i use a laptop...can someone help me?

I haven't read of this problem before ( Ctrl + arrow keys quit working). So all I can think to offer is to try some of the troubleshooting tips that help when having problems with Ctrl-Shift-C

For testing purposes, try another keyboard to see if that helps.

Some programs may be interfering with those keys working properly. Thinking screen capture and/or chat programs such as Gyazo, Skitch, and/or Skype. Disabling these may help. - See the post linked above for more info on these programs.

If mods/cc are install, move the mods folder to desktop to see if that helps.

Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 icon in the Games Library tab in Origin and click Repair.

Exit game and then load game again to see if that helps.

Delete the localthumbcache.package from inside the Sims 4 folder and try again.
