[BUG] Stairs and sinking

I wondered if this can be helped:



Maybe a second step or none at all? It only lasts a second or two.

This looks like a known bug that's been around awhile, in the thread linked below there are some tips that might help

Thanks a bunch, MrsFlynn. I'm gonna try and fix the affected lots in my game using those tips.
