Can Acquaintances Be Deleted From Relationship Section?

I think if you give it time, they will eventually disappear from the list if not communicated with. A more drastic measure would be to go to household management and delete the Sims in questions. The mod MC Command Center gives you the opportunity of removing acquaintances smoothly without further ado.
