Architectural Design- Incomplete portfolio

So my sim is at a level 10 in the architectural design career, and has received multiple awards from City Hall. Her painting skill is maxed, she puts custom art in her designs and receives great reviews now on every single job. The problem I am having is that her portfolio is only 73% complete, and after about 4 weeks no NEW jobs have come up that would make the portfolio 100% complete, just the same ones she's already completed. Is there anything I can do to make new jobs pop up?
