can't accomplish lifetime wish

I'm in the science career which doesn't work.  I had to manually go through the career levels.  At level 9 my character should have gotten her lifetime wish, but she didn't.  I'm not surprised.  However, is there a cheat to finalize her lifetime wish and earn the 29,000 lifetime points?

I'm not sure if this will help, but have you tried resetting the Sim? Maybe something has glitched in game.

Not sure about cheating to complete a lifetime wish but you could also use the cheat to give your sim the points they should of received.

testingcheatsenabled true in the main menu before loading your world, then shift-click around the points counter in the Lifetime Happiness tab with your game running. If you pause your game you can't tell if the clicking is working and giving your sim the points.
