I made a family but forgot to marry the parents does anybody know how I can go back and click spouse on the Xbox?

I honestly don't know for sure if there's away to edit relationships on the console edition of Sims 3. It's been so long since I've played I can't remember if there's any in-game help. If there is, you could maybe look there?
