Maxing all toddler skills for top notch toddler

Hi.

I just wanted to check with you how long it usually takes for you to max all the toddler skills. What are your best strategies and ways to do it quickly.

As I am currently doing the ten gen townie challenge I have yet to get a toddler to 5 out of 5, the best I have done is 3 to 5 and 2 to 4.

Only one time I have gotten a toddler up to 5 in all skills (potty to 3 of course) on normal lifespan.

On long lifespan almost all toddlers have maxed everything.

I never play on short lifespan - but I would imagine it would be next to impossible to max all.
