I've gotten much enjoyment from your guides and just joined the forum. Anyway, I have a tip that you could add to your guide. I noticed that when my Sim was eating at a restaurant, I could order dessert the usual way, or I could "Bring Out Cake." You can choose from any cake your Sim already knows how to make. A "normal" quality cake will instantly appear on the table, "made" by your Sim. Sure you could eat it there, but why not put it in your inventory and save it to take home? Saves time. I forget if it cost me the ingredients; it may have been free. It definitely was not charged to my restaurant bill though,
