Sims won't become pregnant?
« on: September 21, 2016, 10:19:03 PM »
So I have the woohooer mod along with master controller and a pregnancy mod. I never had an issue before using these to make sims pregnant.

All of the correct things are enabled so same sex characters can have babies as well. This is what I've been doing since I got the mod and I have a same sex female couple and I was trying to get one of them pregnant (I stopped caring who after it wasn't working) and I just kept making them try for baby over and over and over again but it wasn't working and neither of them became pregnant.

I got really annoyed with this and used the pregnancy controller to make them pregnant and it'd say they were pregnant, I'd be able to see their statistics of the pregnancy but after I tried it again to change the possibility of twins it'd give me the option to make them pregnant again. So, the pregnancy never sticks no matter how many times I used an actual mod to make them pregnant? No matter how many times they try for a baby. Doesn't matter who I try to make pregnant or if they're a young adult or adult or elder, they will not stay pregnant for longer than half a second. I even tried making them pregnant and having labor immediately while it read them as pregnant but it didn't work. It glitched, turned my sim invisible and said her status was pregnant from her moodlets but the mod said she wasn't and I still had the ability to make her pregnant.

I have no clue what is going on and deleting the mod isn't helping me and neither of them, not even neither of them, absolutely no one will become pregnant in the entire game. I've tried this with multiple games as well, even messed around with settings but it doesn't work. I do not understand what is going on at this point.

It sounds as though the mods may have messed up the game. Something you can try as a test is take the family into a new game. When my game starts acting odd, I do a factory reset and try the family in a new game. It helps solve most of the problems I've run into.

If that doesn't help or give the desired result, it maybe worth asking about it over at Nraas.

I had this issue recently, except without that mod. I tried for a baby for over 20 times but she wouldn't get pregnant. When I moved them into a new house it seemed to reset them, and after that she got pregnant, so maybe give that a try. I agree that the mods may have messed it up somewhere though so maybe remove it, and just try the natural way. :D
