Sims 4 Apartment Life Not Downloading

Happy day for me, or so it should have been. I got a new laptop, HP notebook, windows 10, version 1607, 8.00 GB installed ram, 64-bit operating system.
If you need more info, let me know what all you need.

My problem is that, I've re'downloaded Sims 4 but the Apartment Life and all the lovely things that come with it (like the talking toilet) are not there!
Obviously I'm most frustrated!

Try these tips if you haven't yet -

1. Log out of Origin. *If exiting Origin isn't working, open Task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) search for a file called ts4.exe or Origin. Click on it and select end process.

2. Clear your browser cache

3. Try running Ccleaner and it's and it's registry cleaner.

4. Restart the computer and try installing again.

5. Log into Origin > Click on Games Library then Sims 4, scroll past the Play button to find the Extra Content Tab. Find the pack you want to download in the list and Click the Install button to install it. If it doesn't automatically install once you log into Origin.
