Children are clones of parents

Just like the title says, all my sim's children are a clone of their parent. The parent being cloned is sometimes the father and sometimes the mother and I couldn't really find a pattern. Their faces are always the exact same as one of their parents, but skin tone, eye color, and hair color are sometimes different. Can anyone help? I currently only have the no mutations mod, NRAAS Story Progression, NRAAS Overwatch, NRAAS Errortrap, NRAAS Register, NRAAS Tagger, and a mod for user directed scolding. Thanks in advance!
