Meal bug?

I've had this happen with 2 sims in 2 different games now.

Every time they go to serve a meal, they take a plate and they do not eat. The plate goes into inventory. Unless I catch it and make the sim eat that meal, they don't eat anything.

Any suggestions?

I have the same in my game. Only seems to affect the sims making a group meal though. Single meals still work fine for me. How about you?

Yeah, that works just fine. It's the group meals that end up with them having inventories of spoiled food.
