This is my first time running a bookshop, and customers keep on picking up books on display to read them, then leave them somewhere else. My active sims do this as well, and then keep it in the inventory until I realize and have to set it to resell. It doesn't seem to matter if it's on the book shelf display from Get To Work or on a random table. They also "read" the sold out sign the same way, and I really don't know what to do!
I was trying to have each section their own section but the sims keep messing it up lol. Is there a way around this? I tried blocking off the section to the books but still have them on sale, and no one was interested. Any ideas?
