Out of the choices given, I'd choose:

CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Xtreme GXi10120A Desktop Gaming PC (Intel i5-7600 3.5GHz, AMD RX 460 2GB, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 2TB 7200RPM HDD, Win 10 Home), Black = Price: $799.99
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N6HZPCR/ref=psdc_13896597011_t2_B01N9OLSYG

It is very strongly recommended to buy a better power supply as the supplies that come with most budget gaming pcs are under powered for actual gaming. This can cause damage to the system due to over-stressing the power supply.

Recommended Power Supply:

EVGA 600W Power Supply 100-B1-0600-KR = Price: $49.99

Thank you! You are the speedy best. One more question. I've seen you recommend cybertron products as well (and other products ). Is there a fave you have in this price range or will they all work reasonably well?

I was looking at this cybertron one from your other post: http://www.hhgregg.com/cybertronpc-rhodium-950-x8-gaming-pc-with-amd-fx-8300-3-30ghz-geforce-gtx950-2gb-graphics-16gb-ddr3-1tb-hard-drive-blue/item/RHD950X816BU#

Thanks again!

You're welcome!! No favorites. We pretty much try to work within fellow Simmers budgets and try to find computers that will play the game well without to many problems.

The one you just linked to above is even better in terms of processor, and video card. As it will highest/ultra settings. - So I'd recommend this one if you can get it.

Oooh, and found this one has a 500 watt power supply. So you should be good to go. - Found it on Amazon, if you'd like to take a peeksee. (link below)

Thank you for letting us help!! :)

CybertronPC Rhodium 950 X8 Gaming Desktop = Price: $699.99

- AMD FX-8300 3.30GHz Octa-Core Processor
- 16GB DDR3 Memory
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX950 (2GB GDDR5) Graphics
- 500 watt power supply

You'll want to get more system memory. Go for 8-16GB If you don't you'll run into a lot of crashing and lag.

The GT730 will get you medium graphics. However, we suggest a GTX960 or better. As they will get you better graphics performance as they're more made for gaming than the GT models.

Thanks MrsFlynn! I notice that too, as most recommended specs from the forums is 8gb. Im from the philippines. I know that getting desktop is more convenient for the future upgrades. But getting a gaming desktop just for the sims 3&4 would be so expensive. So i opt for more budget friendly one but hoping to get better gaming experience.

Getting a desktop is definitely a good choice, specially when on a budget, and want to get the best gaming experience you can get. That's why it is very much recommended to have 8 GB memory. This way, you have memory both for the game(s) and other software to use plus enough memory for windows to use as well.

You're right. And in the future you can upgrade too. Can you please look at this specs for me please? I'm only relying on sims wiki but i still don't know which one could play the best.

Processor: Amd Godavari A10-7870K x4 Processor Socket Fm2+ 3.9ghz
HSF:
Motherboard: ECS A68M-C4DL Motherboard Socket Fm2 Pcie Ddr3
Memory: Patriot Memory 2gb Ddr3-1600 CL11
Videocard: Built-in graphics
Harddisk: Toshiba Dt01aca050 Harddisk Drive 500gb Sata

*****
Processor: AMD Kaveri Athlon X4-860K Processor Socket Fm2 3.7ghz *
HSF: Amd Heatsink Fan Aluminum
Motherboard: ECS A68M-C4DL Motherboard Socket Fm2 Pcie Ddr3
Memory: Patriot Memory 2gb Ddr3-1600 CL11
Videocard: Zotac Gt730 Videocard 1gb-64bit Pcie Ddr5
Harddisk: Toshiba Dt01aca050 Harddisk Drive 500gb Sata

Obviously i will add another Memory for the two and upgrade the Videocard. But is the processor okay?
These are the cheapest desktop in my country. And thats the only thing i can afford considering i will add nemory and videocard.
And also on my previous post, is the processor enough to run smoothly the sims 3&4? The skylake thing.

Thank you so much mrsflynn!

The Skylake processor is the better of all 3 desktops you've shown me. It's made for gaming. The others not so much. Add another 4GB memory (for a total of 8GB memory) and a better video card (GTX960 or higher recommended) that should do you very well for a good long while.

I'd recommend purchasing the memory as soon as possible. That way you don't have crashing and lag issues from the start. But you can wait on the graphics card till later if needed. As the GT730 will run the games in medium settings.
