Sims 4 can't use build mode

I can't use build mode. I just downloaded the vampire pack today and in the morning it works fine but now when i enter build mode, it doesn't show the panel and all the buttons don't work. The back to live mode, gallery, video and lot info doesn't work.

From what I've been able to tell, it may be an incompatible mod that is messing things up. However, try the tips in the post linked below.

1. Delete Game Cache and localthumbcache.package file in the main folder.

If the above doesn't help, try this:

Move your mods folder to the desktop and try repairing the game. In Origin, right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair.

Check again to see if it's working better. If it is, you may have some outdated mods. This especially happens after a big game patch. See link below for more information on mods and game updates/patches.
