This cc glitch i have been having for a while now

I have this cc glitch that i don't know why its happening cause i don't think its bad cc because other people use it a lot and it works fine for this and i took a screenshot of it and its usually most of my cc and it annoys me cause i want to keep it and I'm just hoping theirs a solution for it.

Even if you think there may not be a problem with the custom content, you may want to check that just in case there actually might be a problem.

From looking at the photo, it looks like there is a slight graphical glitch. You may want to make sure you've got updated drivers.
