My Sim Won't Do Anything?
« on: February 10, 2017, 03:11:34 PM »
Hey all, I need help. I am new to sims 4. When I ask my sims to do something they won't do it and not sure why. There is a balloon above one of my sims that says read toddler to sleep. I click on the toddler bed and select read toddler to sleep and the sims won't do it. I am not sure why. Most of the time when I ask them to do something it appears on the left with an x through it. what does this mean and how do I get them to do what I ask?

It sounds as though your Sims may be stuck somehow.

Have you tried resetting the household or evicting them and moving back in to see if that may help?

It might also be that you have a bedside table too close to the toddler bed. Or maybe placed something above the bed that is blocking the path. If you have used the moveObjects cheat this can cause pathing issues at times.
